     Boys and girls born in 2003 to 1998 inclusive and adult women are eligible to play.  The games 
will be as follows:
Youth  Born in 2003-2002      Tuesdays from 6:30 pm to 7:30 at Northlea P.S.
       Born in 2002-2001      Tuesdays from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm Northlea P.S.
       Born in 2000-99-98     Thursday 6:30 & 7:30 pm at Bessborough P.S.
   
Women Only  Thursday 7:00  at Valley Park School

Northlea P.S. is at 305 Rumsey Road; Leaside High School is at 200 Hanna Rd; Valley Park School is 
at the north-west corner of Overlea and Don Mills; Bessborough PS is at 211 Bessborough Drive.
The season will run: from October 13, 2009 to March 4, 2010. All players must wear gym shoes or indoor 
soccer shoes; shin pads are recommended.
The fee will be $ 150.00 for youth and $ 150.00 for Women Only; all players will receive a team shirt, 
shorts and socks.  You can either (1) mail the registration portion below to the above address with a 
cheque payable to the Leaside Soccer Association or (2) you can go on line at www.leasidesoccer.net 
and pay with a Visa or Mastercard account.
